Average FRM (fixed rate mortgage) rates - 4.50%

Wow - this is a great time to buy a house - mortgages rates for 30-year fixed rate mortgages (FRM) averaged 4.50 percent with an average 0.7 point for the week ending September 19, 2013, down from last week when it averaged 4.57 percent. Check out the complete article on Freddie Mac's website.
